When we start to move the body in a different way, we become aware that our backs are stiff, our hamstrings tight, our minds running wild with self-downing, judgements, comparing and competition. The practice of Vinyasa in time allows our minds to soften, to melt our muscles and restore our "Prana". This prana allows our minds to develop focus and keep ones eye on the ball.... The "Prana" we create when practicing Vinyasa, circulates within our body and mind, restoring the vitality and grace to continue with our lives, with enthusiasium and the great spirit of being grateful that we are Human and Alive....!
